Most failed builds were delivered successfully. The system runs, and one person understands roughly how. When that person moves on, the understanding goes too, and what remains is something the team works around rather than uses. The failure was in the handover, which is usually scheduled for whichever week turns out to be busiest.
We install it, run it alongside your team on your real data, and train the people who will operate it afterwards. Handover has a defined scope and a defined end rather than being an open promise of availability. By the time we step back, more than one person can run it and at least one can change it.
